Day 1: Tbilisi

Welcome to Georgia! Upon arrival at the airport, your guide will pick you up and drive you to your hotel. After check-in and a short rest, your Tbilisi city tour will start. You’ll walk along the Kura Riverside and visit historical attractions such as the Georgian national museum. Then you visit the fortress of Naikhala and the mother Kartli statue. Then you’ll stroll in liberty square, have lunch and visit the Trinity church. You’ll have free time to explore Tbilisi by yourself.

Day 2: Tbilisi, Kazbegi, Gudauri, Tbilisi

After breakfast, you’ll head to the Georgian military road to get to Kazbegi town. You’ll have a short stop to visit the Zhinvali artificial water reservoir which is located on the river Aragvi. You’ll also visit the Ananuri castle. You’ll have the chance to taste the best Khinkali, one of the most delicious Georgian meals. The next visit will be to the Gergeti Trinity Church, located close to Mount Kazbegi. After finishing the visits, you’ll drive back to Tbilisi and enjoy your overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Tbilisi to Vardzia

Today, you’ll drive to Varzida. En route, You’ll visit the fantastic Jvari Church built on a hilltop. You will enjoy the eye-catching views of the confluence of the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers. You’ll also visit one of the most important cathedrals of Georgia, Svetitskhoveli. When you arrive at Gori, you’ll the Stalin Museum where you can see the house of Stalin and the bulletproof train he had. Afterward, you’ll continue to Uplistsikhe and explore the ancient cave town and then head to the Shida Kartli which has been built on a high rocky left bank of the Mtkvari River.

Day 4: Varzida to Kutaisi

After having breakfast, you start the day by visiting the ancient cave with numerous stalactites and stalagmites. Then, you’ll drive to Kutaisi and visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Gelati Academy which was the center of the spiritual life of the Middle Ages, the tomb of Georgian kings, and a cult place for pilgrims. Gelati has been registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You’ll have leisure time to wander around and enjoy socializing with locals.

Day 5: Kutaisi

Today, you’ll visit the Sataplia cave close to Kutaisi. You’ll be amazed by seeing the footprint of dinosaurs in this long lengthy cave. You’ll head to Martvili Canyon. En route, you’ll enjoy the views of the unique yards. You’ll take a short adventurous boat trip inside the canyon and enjoy the glorious waterfall views. Then, you’ll have time to walk around and enjoy watching the magical nature. You may see some ancient fossilized bones of animals in the canyon. After exploring the canyon and Wabasha River. You’ll have dinner and go to the hotel to rest.

Day 6: Batumi

After having breakfast at the hotel, you’ll drive to the famous and beautiful Batumi botanical garden. The vast land of the botanical garden is located between the river Chakvistskali estuary and the Green Cape. This place is great for relaxing and enjoying jaw-dropping views. You can also visit the alphabet tower, Nino and Ali Monument, go on the mountain by cable car, dancing fountains, and 26th park. Afterward, you’ll drive to Batumi and check-in at your hotel.

Day 7: Batumi

Today, you’ll visit the highlights close to Batumi like the Makhuntseti Waterfall and Queen Tamar's bridge. Then, you’ll get back to Batumi and enjoy your free time by the beach or in the city center.

Day 8: Batumi to Tbilisi

Today, you'll transfer from Batumi to Tbilisi in the afternoon.

Day 9: Tbilisi - Wine tour

We leave Tbilisi after breakfast and drive to the picturesque town of Sighnaghi which is located at the hilltop. We have time to stroll through this beautiful town enjoying the fabulous views towards the High Caucasus range in the distance. Then, we'll continue to a vineyard where you will have the opportunity to taste excellent Georgian social wines and enjoy traditional meals for lunch. This afternoon, continue to the spectacular Alaverdi Cathedral dating from the 11th Century and located impressively in the shadow of the Greater Caucasus range. Later, you'll visit the Apiary located nearby to Alaverdi Monastery where you will be able to taste natural-made organic honey. You'll drive back to Tbilisi via the forested slopes of the Gombori Pass. Your evening will be at leisure, you can enjoy your time as you wish.

Day 10: Departure

Today, you'll check out from the hotel at 12 am and transfer to Tbilisi international airport at based on you departure flight time.

  • Free cancelation up to two weeks before the arrival date.
  • 30% penalty for 14 to 5 days before the start date.
  • The tour will be non-refundable after five days before the start date.
