Your day trip starts from your hotel in Muscat. After a 2-hour drive, we’ll reach Bidiyah Desert, where we can enjoy dune-bashing, Safari, or camel riding. This desert is loved for its golden sand dunes and all the adrenaline-filled activities that come with them. After enjoying the golden sands, we’ll head to Wadi Bani Khalid for a trek and swim among curved cliffs made of water and palm trees.
Wadi Bani Khalid is a stunning oasis in the desert, with crystal clear waters surrounded by palm trees and steep mountains. The place is extensive, and the huge pools, so swimming in them is extremely refreshing. And the good thing is that once we get hungry, they have a traditional restaurant there, as well as a bathroom, in case you want to change your clothes after swimming.
Getting quite relaxed in the cool waters of Wadi, we’ll have a wonderful evening in Ras al Jinz. This is a calm and tranquil beach where many green sea turtles come to lay their eggs every night, and you get to be a part of that experience. In the end, we’ll head back to Muscat.
