Flight cancellation fees vary depending on the airline, class, and the time of cancellation. The following table shows the amount of cancellation fee for each airline and class. Class of each flight is shown on the ticket. nevertheless, there will be a 10% as processing fee that is non-refundable.

Hotel cancellation fees vary depending on the Hotel, Room, and the time of cancellation. nevertheless, there will be a 10% as processing fee that is non-refundable.
For cancellations up to 24 hours before departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 10% + a fix fee of 1 EUR as refund processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours to departure are non-refundable.
