You can have a walk through the town while meeting the locals, and eventually you'll reach Misfat Al Abriyeen, another lovely village, by the end of the day. Wander into its beautiful alleys to admire the view over its gorgeous agricultural terraces and have an overnight stay in one of its traditional mud houses built on top of the rocks.

You can stop for taking photos at Bahla Castle, a UNESCO site which is an outstanding example of a fortified oasis. After Bahla, you'll discover Jabreen castle which dates back to the 17th century.
