Today we’ll combine nature and culture in Kashan.
We’ll start this experience by visiting Sialk Hill, also known as Tepe Sialk. This 7500-year-old site is the oldest of four ziggurats in Iran, making it one of the most valuable archeological sites of the country. Here, you’ll not only learn about ancient civilizations, their cleverness, rise, glory, and fall, but you’ll also get to step into their culture, and see their rooms and everyday items first-hand.
Next, after a very short drive, we arrive at Fin Garden, where history, nature, and architecture come together and one of the 9 UNESCO World Heritage-listed gardens in Iran. History buffs love the place for its history of housing major events; from lavish Safavid parties, to the murder of Amir Kabir, chief minister of a Qajar King, and having a knowledgeable guide means you won’t miss out on any of it.
Additionally, the garden features beautiful tall trees and water pools, making it a great spot to forget time for a while. And it is here where we invite you to sit back, relax, and enjoy a refreshing drink.
