Day 1: Tbilisi

Arrival at Tbilisi International Airport. Meet your guide and drive to Tbilisi. Check-in to the hotel at noon. After short rest, start a sightseeing tour in Tbilisi. Start at Metekhi church and the monument to Vakhtang Gorgasali, the legendary founder of Tbilisi. Take the cable car to Narikala Fortress to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. Walk down to the district of Sulphur bath houses passing by the only mosque in Tbilisi. Stroll through the Sharden area full of narrow streets with cozy cafés, wine-tasting bars, and souvenir shops, and breathe in the living past. Visit Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica, and the clock tower of the famous Rezo Gabriadze Theatre. Take a walk through the famous Rustaveli avenue, and visit the old flea market of Tbilisi called - The Dry Bridge.

Day 2: Tbilisi – Jvari – Gori – Uplistsikhe – Kutaisi

After breakfast at the hotel, depart Tbilisi and drive towards Gori. On the way, visit Jvari Church, a true architectural masterpiece of the early Medieval Period built on a hilltop. You will enjoy the views of the confluence of the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers. From Jvari we are going to visit Svetitskhoveli cathedral, one of the most famous and important cathedrals in Georgia. Right here, is kept the robe of Jesus Christ. Reach Gori and visit the Stalin Museum. The museum includes more than 60,000 artifacts, the tiny house where Stalin was born, and the impressive bulletproof train Stalin used to travel to Yalta and Potsdam. Continue to Uplistsikhe and explore the cave town dating back to the Hellenistic Period and notable for the unique combination of various styles of rock-cut cultures and the co-existence of pagan and Christian architecture. Drive to Kutaisi, the central city of Western Georgia once called "Aia". The road to Kutaisi will take you over Rikoti pass and through the longest tunnel in Georgia (1,722 m). The tunnel is also considered as a border between the western and eastern parts of Georgia. Arrive in Kutaisi, and have a small walk around town.

Day 3: Kutaisi – Martvili Canyon – Prometheus Cave - Bagrati Cathedral - Gelati Academy

In the morning drive to Martvili Canyon from Kutaisi. On the way to Martvili, you will pass local villages with eye-catching charming yards typical only to this area. Take a small boat trip inside the Canyon, and see one of nature's most wonderful creations – a waterfall. After that enter the gorge's other side and stroll over the canyon's waters watching it change its colors with every turn and stone. The best place for selfies. After Martvili Canyons drive to the Prometheus cave with numerous stalactites and stalagmites. Continue to Bagrati Cathedral (11th century), one of the best samples of late medieval architecture, and is towering over Kutaisi and is visible from almost any point in the city. The next stop is the Gelati Academy (12th century) built by King David the Builder. Gelati was the center of the spiritual and scientific life of the Middle Ages, the tomb of Georgian kings, and a cult place for pilgrims. It is under UNESCO protection as an object of cultural and historical legacy.

Day 4: Kutaisi - Batumi

After breakfast head to one of the most exciting cities in Georgia - Batumi. Batumi is the real masterpiece of contemporary architecture. Full of inspirational narrow streets, fish market, botanical garden and many amusement activities like trips with a carriage around the city or swim in the sea by the ship. On this day we'll have free time in Batumi and can manage any additional activity you might want to have with us.

Day 5: Batumi

By the morning, visit Batumi Botanical Garden, located at a distance of 9 km from the center of Batumi, occupies an area of 108, 7 hectares of approximately 1 km stripe of Southern-Western section of the coastline located between the river Chakvistskali estuary and the Green Cape, being spread to the height of 0-220 meters from the sea level, which not long time ago was totally covered with Kolkheti type forest (beech, chestnut, linden) and evergreen sub-forest. Enjoy unforgettable views of a mixture of the sea and forest. By the afternoon back to Batumi city. On this day we'll have free time in Batumi and can manage any additional activity you might want to have with us.

Day 6: Batumi

Today you have free time to explore and enjoy the wonderful Batumi by yourself.

In the afternoon leave Batumi and head to Tbilisi. Free evening in Tbilisi.

Georgia is famous for its all-year-round travel opportunities. Depending on the activities pursued travelers find it attractive to visit any time of the year. Spring (starting from April till early June) and autumn (from September to late November) are the best seasons for those who prefer cultural and historical tours, as the weather is mostly warm, with occasional wind and rain. Summer is great in Georgia, especially if you decide to spend it trekking high in the mountains of Svaneti, Kazbegi, or Tusheti, or travel to the Western part of the country to enjoy the Black Sea. Wintertime is very popular among ski and snowboard enthusiasts. Gudauri and Bakuriani winter resorts are the first to pop up in mind.

Georgia has no general dress code or clothing limitations, except when you visit religious places like churches or monasteries. Women have to cover their legs, head, and shoulders. Men are required to cover their legs.
