Booked with them a trip to Iran, scheduled and paid everything and then, due to covid restrictions, I had to cancel everything. They refunded everything and also assisted in the procedure of receiving the refund, as my card company had problems paying and receiving the refund from them. I will certainly book with them again when Iran will reopen to traveling. They don't answer immediately to emails or messages, it might take up to 2-3 days for them to answer, so don't get worried, they'll get back to you.

I was going to enjoy my Iran tour in May, planned together with 1stQuest staff. We agreed on the route and I just paid the service. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 the whole world went on lockdown, and I had to cancel all travel plans. I was worry a bit about prepaiment, but I got full refund from 1stQuest.
